Intended for FOAM docents, but public is welcome. 90-minute session about sedges, rushes, and more that is intended to expand the ID skills of those who already can recognize many common plants at the Marsh. There will be a free public reception on Sat, Nov 1 from 2-4 pm at AMIC, where you can meet the artist.

Meet Lynn Jones to walk to a Marsh location to sit quietly observing, writing, drawing, thinking, or all of the above. Bring something comfortable to sit on, dress appropriately, and bring a journal or something to record your observations. A different prompt each session. Rain cancels.
